Can I access my account online?
Yes We offer powerful tools online to help you manage your mortgage. You can make payments, enroll in electronic statements, view important documents and more. Access your loan information through ORNL FCU’s Online or Mobile Banking.
How do I register for Online and Mobile Banking?
If you need to register for ORNL FCU’s Online or Mobile Banking, click here to sign up. Have the last 7 digits of your account number handy. Use the security information for the primary owner of the account.
Where can I find my ORNL FCU account number to register for Online and Mobile Banking?
Your account number can be found at the bottom of your checks or on the account card you received when you first opened your account. If you need help with your account number, call ORNL FCU directly at 800.676.5328.
How do I make my payment?
The easiest way to pay is online. Make one-time payments or set up automated monthly payments from your ORNL FCU account or another financial institution. Click here to log in or click here to register.
If you prefer to pay by check, be sure to note your loan number on the check, make it payable to ORNL FCU, and mail it to:

If you pay using an online bill payment service through your bank or credit union, add 7 Servicing as your new payee using the address above and your loan number.

How do automatic payments work?
Count on your mortgage payment being made on time by setting up automated payments. Enroll online by choosing Payments and Set Up Autopay. Pay from your ORNL FCU account or another financial institution. Have your account and routing number handy. We can also set up automatic payments for you and answer questions at 877.313.9677.
What about my taxes and/or insurance?
If your monthly payment currently includes escrow for taxes and/or insurance, we will make those payments on your behalf as they come due. Escrow accounts are reviewed and analyzed at least annually which could result in a future payment change.
You will receive a year-end statement reflecting all activity during the prior year. Statements will be mailed to you no later than January 31 of next year.
